I’m gonna say it: I like running in the morning.
There’s just something about starting my day with a run that makes me umpteen times more productive throughout the day. Getting the endorphins going right away makes me ready to take on the day, and drastically cuts down on my need for coffee.
Today I started a new week in my running cycle, so I’m now doing 20 seconds running, 40 seconds off. I’ve finally hit the point where I’m not thinking about being on the brink of death while running, so that’s a plus. Sure, I’m ready for bed at 9 o’clock every night now but he payoff is well worth it.
So here we go into Project Cardio, Week 3!
